Refund Policy

At Art by Amy Studio, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at studioartbyamy@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the claim and work toward a resolution.

If the issue is verified, a replacement or refund may be provided at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
