All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted printing partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, production begins after your order is placed.

Processing Times

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after production is complete.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.

Delays

Art by Amy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional fees for replacement or reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we will work with our printing partner to find a solution.
