I painted Serenity simply because I wanted to practice painting people. As I worked, I found myself drawn to her peaceful expression and the quiet feeling the portrait began to take on.
There is something beautiful about a moment of stillness. No distractions, no expectations, just peace. Sometimes we all need a reminder to slow down, rest for a while, and appreciate the quiet moments in life.
