About this Painting

One September evening, I found myself looking through a wall of paintings depicting Jesus with a lamb. A close friend of mine had always loved those images, and it suddenly struck me that I had never painted one myself.

As I worked, I kept thinking about Christ's promise to never leave us. There are seasons when He may feel distant, but this painting is a reminder that His presence isn't determined by our ability to see Him. He comes after the one, stays beside us in our hardest moments, and never forgets those He loves.
